We know how we like to be treated, and we suspect that you want to be treated the same way. When we have questions or issues we want them answered and dealt with in a timely fashion — we do not want excuses, and neither do you!

If you have a question about any part of our service, we will do our best to answer it. If you have a special need, we will do our best to accommodate it — Note that there may be a charge for custom programming.
