MERCMAIL's Privacy Policy

We request and use only the information required to conduct our business with you. With your explicit permission, we may use your personal or company name for referral and endorsement purposes. We do not sell or trade your personal or confidential information.

EVS Mail's internal processes are automated and do not require any human intervention or human reading of your email. It is possible that email headers may need to be read by an administrator if a delivery problem exists, and if that is the case, that is all that will be read. TLS encryption is used and accommodated where possible for SMTP transfers. Your email contents are just as secure with MERCMAIL's service as it is with any other mail server, including your own. (If you require absolute secrecy of your message contents, you should encrypt it directly.)
