Our clients have asked us to protect them from spam. At the same time, they want us to do our best to let legitimate email through. When we reject a connection, we always provide an appropriate URL, usually to this webpage. If you have a legitimate reason for contacting someone whose email we are protecting, we will do our best to help you.
You can contact us directly with the Form on this page, but we request that you see if any of the following options will work, first. If these other options do not work, there is likely a problem at your end that we can help your administrators to solve.
Your first (and
recommended) option is to directly request that your intended
recipient Validate You.
That form only allows a one line message, and it bypasses all Policy Checks.
Once Validated (if that's what the recipient decides to do), your email will
always be fasttracked to the recipient.
Your second option
is to send a new message (be sure to keep it short and provide different
content). Despite all the precautions in place, it is possible that some small
item in your original message matched criteria that was previously determined
to be spammish — Different content should remove that
as a possibility.
For the form below, if any of the information is omitted, the message will not be sent. We recommend that you include your email address and that of your recipient, the error message returned in your bounce message (usually a three digit number followed by text, followed by the URL that points to this webpage), and possibly your original message, without any attachments.
