Spam is defined as an email being sent from a sending address that has not yet been approved — such email is never allowed through.
Only the recipient can determine if Yet-To-Be-Authorized email is legitimate or not. (Other services lose this email as False Positives.)
Viruses are either rejected or deleted, depending on where they are encountered in the process, whether or not the sender is authorized by the recipient.

So much of the email process is completely out of our control, from the sender, the sender's administrator, the sender's Internet Service Provider, the Internet Backbone Provider, etc., and we cannot accept responsibility for these things.
