Gateway, Protected Email

MERCMAIL can provide its service as a gateway to your own mail server. You will also realize the following benefits, at no extra cost:

• Free Secondary domain account licensing. Licensing is based on Primary accounts only, and there are volume discounts. Secondary domains have accounts that are a type of Alias that share certain configurations and the delivery inbox with the Primary domain's account. A common application of this is where you own more than one domain, and each person has an address in each one — one email address is the Primary, and the others are Secondary.
• Free Aliases. These are created, as many as needed, as required by end users.
• Free enhanced security. Your server only has to accept email from our servers.
• Free reduced bandwidth usage. Only authorized email is sent to your email server — we handle the rest.
• Free maintenance, since it's our hardware, and we handle your "postmaster" and "abuse" accounts for you.
• Free administration (adding and removing accounts, dealing with end user issues that you cannot handle yourself). You would appoint a contact who can deal directly with us for same day service. Free do-it-yourself administration access is available.
• Free trial (on request). It's easy to set up. If, within the first month of using our service, you feel it does not suit you, we will refund your license fees.
